Food Allergies or Food Sensitivities

Multiple part question from me and my husband, Dr. Jason Alviene:

6. Do you have any food allergies or sensitivities, if so, what are they? What are your symptoms when you consume these foods? How do you know if it is an allergy or a sensitivity? We want to hear from all of you- this is for research!

I have multiple food allergies/sensitivities. I used to think that they were just sensitivities, which is usually having trouble digesting a food, but you antibody levels are not raised. I did a saliva test for wheat, soy, egg, & milk. The test results came back positive for gliadin AB and nothing for the others, although I hadn't had milk in a long time.
The foods that I have problems with are wheat, milk, corn, pork. My symptoms with all are bloating and some pain in the stomach, hardness in the intestinal area, cognitive "fogginess" & trouble breathing with wheat (though it's not anaphylactic), and a runny "watery" nose, sometimes constipation and the worst... fatigue. My fatigue is worse when I consume any of these foods.
So, I try VERY hard to stay away from these foods.
